"The Global Campaign aimed to raise awareness of development Issues and mobilize Civil society organizations to collect photos representing the empowerment of people in developing and transition countries. Humanizing Development Promoted examples of people winning the battle against poverty, social exclusion, and marginalization. Thousand of photos were submitted from over 100 countries."
